Working with Featherlite for various chairs for the Indian Market
Featherlite is India’s most well known branded office furniture makers. Nilesh has been involved with Featherlite in developing Featherlite’s workstation lines. As an extension to this engagement we engaged with them to create some very distinct chairs for the Indian businesses.
With the understanding of the Indian market and styling primarily derived from our automotive knowledge, retail and brand design experience, we developed styling that can appeal to a very wide market, especially in the economy segment.
We have also taken up special projects with Featherlite for modfying some of their existing chair designs to add certain features like lumbar support. Some of this work we have done in the recent past is just being introduced in the market.
